Contact Support -> Miner Details
Simple Mining's new method for contacting support, with miner details.
Note: this is implemented for the "Client" role, and not the "Repair" role.
Visit Miner Details Page (Sidebar Item)
- Make sure you're under the "Running" tab.
 - Select the checkbox on miners that you would like to contact us about. Example: Red Status Indicator, Zero Hashrate, or Lower Then Nameplate Hashrate (Underhashing).
 - You can select more than one miner at a time, the current concept is that you can send batch support request based off certain issues. Example: 1 Ticket w/ 3 miners at zero hashrate. 1 Ticket w/ 1 miner that is just underhashing. Each ticket will have a unique Subject/Message to our support team.
 - If you have pages worth of miners, you can utilize the searchbar to paste the Miner Name.

Contact Support (Green Button)
- After selecting the miners with issues, click the green button. That will open a dialog w/ a form.
 - The current concept is that you can send batch support request based off certain issues. Example: 1 Ticket w/ 3 miners at zero hashrate. 1 Ticket w/ 1 miner that is just underhashing. Each ticket will have a unique Subject/Message to our support team.

Visit Support Tickets Page (Sidebar Item)
- The table on the support ticket page shows all unresolved support tickets. Ticket ID/Number, Created Date, Area, Subject, Priority, Resolution.

Live Chat / Updates from Simple Mining
- Click anywhere on a ticket (inside of the table), and a support modal will open to the right. Here you can live chat with the Simple Mining support team.
 - Simple Mining gets notified when a new message goes unread for 5 minutes, to provide fast communication.
 - Client also gets notified via email when there is a new message from Simple Mining.

Email Notifications
- Client recieves email notifications when there are new messages about a support ticket, as well as an email once the ticket has been resolved.
