Billing Process

Billing Process (Hosting)

We've made some changes to how we handle billing at Simple Mining, and here’s what you need to know:

1. Transition to Post-Payment:

For current customers: If you've already paid in advance for next month, don't worry. We're going to hold that payment as a deposit in your account.

New Billing Cycle: Starting now, we will bill you at the beginning of the month after service. For example, the bill for July's service will come on August 1st and you'll have 7 days to pay it. If the payment isn't made on time, we'll have to shut off your miners until we receive full payment.

2. Ending of Prepayment:

We used to ask for payment 30 days in advance, but that’s no longer the case. This means you’ll only pay for the electricity after you’ve used it.

3. Deposits and Final Payments:

At the end of your contract, we will return your deposit. If your service ends before the 30 days are up, we’ll adjust the final amount based on the actual time your miners were active.

4. Billing for Actual Uptime:

We will no longer issue credits for downtime in the previous month since we are now billing after services are rendered. You will be billed only for the time your miners were actually working.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need further clarification about these changes.
