Pause Period Information:

Welcome to Simple Mining's Pause Period Feature. For any questions or concerns please reach out to 'support@simplemining.io'. Miners placed on pause will temporarily not mine to your pool, while paused, you will not be charged for the electricity, or repairs for the miner. You must wait 24 hours to unpause. You may only pause/unpause miners once per calendar month. More Information Available Here (opens in a new tab)

Visit Miner Details: https://dashboard.simplemining.io/miner-details (opens in a new tab)

• Please select the checkbox on the miners you wish to pause.
• After selecting miner(s), click the red 'Pause Miners' button.

• Finally, confirm that you wish to pause selected miner(s). Note: You will not be able to 'unpause' for a minimum of 24 hours.

What if my miner fails to pause?

• We automatically create a support ticket on your behalf, to notify the Simple Mining team that the pause failed. Simple Mining will work to make sure your miner is operating/recieving commands, and notify you via the Support Chat/Ticket to attempt the pause command again.

Pause History Table

• Below your miners table, there will be a newly generated table for tracking your pause history.
• You will be able to track selected Miners, the Command Status, and pause duration.

Unpause Miners

• To unpause miner(s), visit the https://dashboard.simplemining.io/miner-details (opens in a new tab) page.
• Scroll down to the 'Pause Miners/History' table.
• Select the checkbox on the miner(s) to unpause, and click the greeen 'Unpause Miners' button.
• After unpausing, your miners will change back to your previous pool, and start hashing to you again.
• Finally, your monthly hosting invoice will reflect an updated price based off your pause duration.
